As we expand to support a growing client base, we are seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical part in ensuring new clients are successfully onboarded and fully supported throughout the implementation phase. The implementation specialist will serve as the client’s primary point of contact during onboarding, consulting with stakeholders, aligning product configurations to client needs, and guiding the project through launch and transition to the Client Success department.

As we expand to support a growing client base, we are seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical part in ensuring new clients are successfully onboarded and fully supported throughout the implementation phase. The implementation specialist will serve as the client’s primary point of contact during onboarding, consulting with stakeholders, aligning product configurations to client needs, and guiding the project through launch and transition to the Client Success department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding process for a diverse portfolio of clients, from contract signing through transition to the Client Success department;
- Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining high levels of communication, responsiveness, and support;
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, define timelines, and ensure alignment across all parties;
- Facilitate product setup and technical integrations in a way that is clear for both technical and non-technical users;
- Lead training sessions and onboarding meetings to build client confidence and accountability;
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments to reconcile priorities and ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones;
- Guide clients through the first billing cycle, including invoicing, claims creation, and reimbursement tracking;
- Monitor patient enrollment and usage trends to identify opportunities for optimization;
- Proactively escalate any risks or issues to supervisors of senior team members to prevent delays or misalignment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in client-facing project management, consulting, or operations, preferably in a healthcare or digital setting;
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related business discipline;
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment;
- Ability to travel up to five percent (5%) for virtual or in-person client meetings.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows, provider office operations, and/or medical billing;
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) onboarding or implementation;
- Familiarity with patient engagement platforms, electronic health record (EMR) integrations, or telehealth solutions.
