Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end success of one or more key digital product lines
- Define and continuously improve the learner experience across content, platform, pacing, and support
- Translate product strategy into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications that engineering and design teams can execute against
- Establish and drive key outcomes and KPIs to ensure the product delivers on business goals and avoids unnecessary complexity or scope creep
- Own product marketing by executing learner-facing messaging for product pages, enrollment flows, and launch materials
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners in design, development, content, and lifecycle marketing
- Drive clarity and accountability across all stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time and at high quality
- Ensure the digital product consistently delivers on its value proposition and learning promise
- Monitor product performance, learner satisfaction, and business impact — and take action when the product isn't meeting expectations
- 6+ years of experience in product management or program ownership roles in a digital/learning environment
- Experience in edtech, adult learning, certification programs, or continuing education is a major plus
- Proven ability to own a full product line — not just features or individual projects
- Experience working directly with — and ideally leading — cross-functional teams that include product developers, engineers, and designers
- Ability to shape and lead the user experience — from information architecture to interface behavior — with strong instincts for UX design, interaction flow, and usability best practices
- Ability to write and edit clear, compelling product messaging, such as landing page copy, value propositions, and learner-facing explanations
- Self-sufficient and action-oriented — comfortable getting into the weeds when needed to move things forward
