Position Description
The Allied Health Talent Acquisition Specialist is dedicated to recruitment of allied health professionals for our Senior TLC programs. This includes identifying, attracting and placing qualified allied health professionals at our STLC sites. The position will proactively and aggressively source candidates through various channels to ensure these difficult to fill positions are filled in a timely manner. This includes screening applicants, conducting interviews, communicating with hiring managers, and managing the hiring process from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years Allied Health recruitment experience, preferably in a headhunting role.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a recruitment strategy for allied health. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, partnering with the marketing team on digital and non-digital employment marketing, developing a comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to define requirements for open roles and develop and post requisitions for open positions.
- Identify appropriate talent for the organization by actively and aggressively sourcing candidates.
- Join social media groups and professional networks to interact with potential candidates to build a pipeline of allied health candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Communicate with hiring managers on status of open positions and report weekly updates on open requisitions.
- Maintain weekly reporting for VP of HR and/or Director, Talent Acquisition on open positions, time to fill, pipeline, hiring manager satisfaction, etc.
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment / culture.
- Develop college recruiting programs for allied health roles.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
- Effectively utilize the applicant tracking systems throughout the full cycle recruitment process.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years Allied Health recruitment experience, preferably in a headhunting role.
Other Skills And Qualifications
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred).
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiting to proactively source candidates.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong follow up and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
