Bend Commercial Glass and Door (BCG) is actively seeking a Commercial Door Frame and Hardware Project Manager with proven industry expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. This key position will oversee the lifecycle of door and hardware projects-from takeoff and estimation to submittals, procurement, and final execution. You'll play a critical role in streamlining operations, exceeding client expectations, and strengthening our reputation as Central Oregon's leader in commercial glazing and door systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert for all door and hardware-related projects
- Provide accurate estimates, submittals, and purchase orders using architectural plans, shop drawings, and takeoffs
- Manage communication with vendors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical questions and ensure timely procurement
- Coordinate project logistics and monitor production schedules for accuracy and timeliness
- Process and review orders, change orders, and customer requests with a high level of detail and responsiveness
- Maintain organized project documentation and update files as changes occur
- Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with sales, operations, and field teams
- Assist in preparing submittals and sample packages for awarded projects
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and budget while maintaining quality standards
- Use software tools (Titan, Doors for Windows, Procore, QuickBooks, Bluebeam) to manage workflow and documentation
- 3-5 years of project management experience in commercial door hardware and entry systems
- Strong knowledge of hollow metal, storefront, wood doors, Timely frames, and commercial millwork
- Familiarity with commercial hardware specs, functionality, vendors, and procurement
- Skilled in estimating, purchasing, and project management within construction environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Bluebeam Studio, Procore, and estimating software
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, delegate, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Strong math skills, communication, and leadership qualities
- Commitment to detail, follow-through, and continual improvement
- Salary: $85,000-$100,000+ per year
