We are searching for a strategic Technical Recruiter and Strategy Partner in our Talent Acquisition organization to join our larger team and outstanding culture in El Segundo, CA. As a Recruiting and Strategy Partner, you will bring outstanding value by leveraging your subject matter expertise in findingand attracting highly skilled technical talent to MTSI. You will be a trusted business partner to your stakeholders. Your positive attitude and customer support mindset will drive you to succeed in this rolein partnership with your hiring managers. How you will contribute to our Defense and Space mission: Be an advocate of and abide by MTSI's employee first culture and core values. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles and functions toidentify the best candidates. Develop effective sourcing strategies with the objective of presenting multiple qualified candidatesfor each opening. Source, engage and recruit passive talent by researching, creating, and executing creativesourcing strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualifiedcandidates. Focus on sourcing cleared level candidates and be able to identify, qualify and maintain a strongpipeline of candidates, including recruiting for proposal efforts and business developmentopportunities. Conduct market and competitor research; gather intel through prospect contact and share withthe team for action. Locate, contact, and screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, salary availability andmore. Track, develop and maintain pipelines/pools of active and passive candidates. Utilize proactive search techniques using recruiting tools (such as Clearance Jobs, LinkedInRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, others), networks of internal & external referrals, Boolean internetsearches, social media searches, professional and/or personal networks to identify active andpassive candidates. Performing full lifecycle recruiting activities when required to include candidate sourcing,screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, closing, and building high quality pipelinesof cleared candidates. Manage all candidate activity within iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS) while complying withOFCCP guidelines. Travel occasionally for hiring events or other recruitment-related activities. Perform other duties as required. Creates and fosters relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attractand recruit critical skilled candidates, alumni, and diversity applicants. Maintains records on applicant flow and outreach efforts. Attend job fairs, events, conferences, and college recruiting activities as necessary. You're able to maintain confidentiality, display discretion and protect privacy of information. Multitasking and working multiple projects in parallel is a skill you possess. You're a proven communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing or a related field. 4+ years of relevant experience supporting search for cleared DOD candidates, directly supportingsourcing efforts utilizing a range of sourcing methods and approaches Strong Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Exceptional sourcing skills in identifying high quality, cleared candidates. Experience working within iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS), or a similar applicant tracking system(ATS). The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, whichrequires US citizenship. Even better if you: Are a boolean master Have succeeded in the staffing industry Use technology to create great candidate experiences Have never spammed candidates on LinkedIn Have experience recruiting for highly cleared candidates in the intelligence community Compensation The pay range for this position in California is $80,000/year to $110,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract rates, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
