Basic Purpose

General Administrative duties to support the executive staff in its daily functions.

Typical Functions

Open and distribute mail daily, scan files and records management, assists in the board meeting setup and administrative duties related to the board meetings.

Level Descriptor

At this level employees are assigned routine duties and responsibilities. Employees will coordinate internal and external activities of the organization or program, respond to routine inquiries in both written and oral form, perform routine fiscal duties, and complete routine customer service requests from internal and external customers.

Education And Experience

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a high school diploma with at least 2 years of general administrative experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Competencies

Working knowledge of Office 365, good customer service skills, willing to assist where needed.
