Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven and experienced restaurant executive who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of strong business growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and leadership across a growing multi-location enterprise.

Essential Qualifications

  • Executive Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive management or executive experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of leading businesses with over $10 million in annual revenue.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding and direct experience with P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in managing day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing large teams, including hiring, training, and motivating managers and staff to create a productive and positive work environment.
  • Growth Strategy: A clear track record of successfully implementing strategies to achieve strong business growth, including the expansion of operations to multiple locations.
  • Franchise Experience (Preferred): Experience in growing restaurants through franchising or managing a franchise system is a plus.
  • Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new projects, contract negotiation, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
