The Implementations Analyst is responsible for the consultation, project management, installation and setup of software solutions that best meet the client’s business needs. Responsible for client training and technical support throughout the implementation.

What You Will Do

Project Management

Works with project manager and directly with clients to successfully implement software from beginning to end. Prepares implementation documentation outlining the scope of work, project plan, and surveys. Consults with clients to understand their business processes and procedures and implement best practices. Manages list of open deliverables and issues that are critical to obtaining client signoff to go live separately from minor issues and enhancement requests.

Customer Satisfaction

Ensures the highest levels of customer satisfaction from project inception to client testing and acceptance. Sets and manages expectations and drives to meet deadlines. Ensures that the highest levels of service are provided by all parties involved and escalates when appropriate.

Training and Support

Responsible for training and support during the implementation period. Assists clients with training for key employees at the credit union and provides support via telephone and email throughout the implementation process.

Education

The Ideal Candidate:

  • BA/BS degree or two years commensurate experience.

Experience

  • Two years experience providing implementation assistance for a large-scale system software
  • Strong knowledge of credit union operations and regulatory, compliance, credit scoring and lending environments
  • Experience with loan originations systems and credit union core data processing systems is preferred

Specialized Skills

  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage on-time software projects
  • Ability to manage several on-going projects at various stages in the process
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority; skillful negotiator with strong conflict management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of PC based computer systems, including MS Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new systems and provide training and support to others
  • Ability to travel

The starting salary range for this full-time position is $62,100- $77,600 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
