Purchasing Agent needed for commercial kitchen equipment dealer. Applicant should be highly skilled in basic computer functions, very organized and possess the ability to learn new software programs quickly. Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Accounting/Inventory programs is helpful, but not required. Experience & prior training in negotiations is a major plus. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, vendor comparisons, negotiations, submittal management, project billing management, product ordering, and detailed management of all open orders for multiple projects & sales orders. Excellent communication skills, business ethics, customer service, and positive personality are important traits to possess. Willing to train the right candidate.
