We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to take ownership of optimizing and managing our HubSpot CRM. In this role, you’ll play a key part in empowering our sales team to build stronger relationships and drive growth with both current and future customers.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT to ensure our CRM is aligned with company goals, supports strategic initiatives, and provides a seamless experience for the sales team to work efficiently and effectively.
Requirements for success as part of our elite Client Services team:
- Collaborate with IT to administer, maintain, and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, expanding custom properties, and configuring system settings and integrations to support evolving sales, marketing, and operational needs.
- Enrolling new users, managing user permissions, and keeping the sales team informed on HubSpot updates, improvements, and best practices—ensuring the system remains accessible, relevant, and aligned with sales processes.
- Serve as the primary internal CRM support resource and point of contact with HubSpot, managing support tickets, providing front-line troubleshooting, sharing best practices, and keeping teams informed on product updates and available resources.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support the execution and analysis of automated campaigns, email communications, and customer engagement strategies via HubSpot.
- Monitor and manage lead capture and routing processes, ensuring all B2C form submissions and qualified B2C leads are accurately tracked, assigned, and actioned by the appropriate sales reps
- Build, analyze, and deliver reports and dashboards that measure sales performance, campaign effectiveness, lead source quality, and CRM KPIs—enabling actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Design and implement CRM workflows, sequences, and automations to streamline tasks, support lifecycle communications, and align with sales and marketing objectives.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (workflows, properties, reports, lead routing) is preferred, or exposure to similar CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, and EngageBay)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build reports/dashboards
- Clear communicator with ability to support non-technical users
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with HubSpot support
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
