Your New Role…

Provides administrative support to two SVPs of Development & Programming. Answers calls and coordinates calendar for the executives

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Arranges and maintains executive calendars: schedules meetings, conference calls, and prepares pitch materials as needed.
  • Maintains development sizzle inventory library and updates with new projects, ensuring relevant links remain active.
  • Updates and distributes internal development grid and other necessary project materials.
  • Organizes creative meetings, brainstorm sessions, proofreads show treatments and researches various projects as needed.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements.
  • Responsible for scheduling weekly conference calls for the department.
  • Answers multiple line telephone, screens, logs and places calls, maintains contact database.
  • Keeps company website up to date with new press releases, staff bios, and current show information.
  • Prepares and submits P.O’s and executive expense reports.
  • Greets all executive guests - talent, creative staff, network execs and potential hires.
  • Performs other administrative and development related duties as assigned
  • Maintains database of resumes.
  • Coordinates lunch orders as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • One year executive assistant experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • College graduate preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Canva required.
  • Basic understanding of Excel, Avid, Photoshop would be a bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication necessary.
  • Knowledge of reality television industry practices, networks and executives.
  • Must possess the ability to collaborate with others and work independently when necessary.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to identify problem areas and come up with possible solutions.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
  • Must have professional demeanor and possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must have strong attention to details.
  • Must have the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints/deadlines and prioritize assignments.
  • Must have excellent follow-through and ability to find and utilize all resources available.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
