An Private Equity firm in Somerville is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This is a key role that will interact with clients, ensure all aspects of the day-to-day operations run smoothly, and assist with ad-hoc projects for a variety of departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a great attention to detail and professionalism.

- Manage daily operations within cross-functional teams.
- Handle customer issues and complaints
- Ensure office space is always well-kept.
- Manage calendar for firm’s founders, expense reporting and HR support.
- provide daily/weekly status reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts and accounts.
- Campaign activity planning and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an administrative or office management capacity.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planner with high attention to details and proven skills in achieving goals objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of Excel (including advanced function such as pivot tables).
