Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Event Program Specialist
Tempe, AZ or Sunnyvale, CA
Natcast stands at the forefront of semiconductor research and engineering, serving as a crucial hub for innovation in the U.S. semiconductor ecosystem. Through the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC), Natcast drives technological advancement through collaborative partnerships, cutting-edge facilities, and a commitment to maintaining U.S. leadership in semiconductor technology.
As a member-driven consortium, it is critical that members participate and engage in programs and events that deliver ROI. In this role, you will work closely with program and technical teams to design and develop innovative, strategic programming that enables members to connect, learn, and contribute to advancing U.S. semiconductor capabilities. You’ll work closely with the marketing communications and events team to align programming to event logistics. You’ll use your analytical skills to develop the programs that will result in engagement, impact and member ROI.
It requires a collaborative mindset, strong program management skills, and the ability to translate program teams’ requirements into compelling events that are both engaging and aligned with Natcast’s mission.

Responsibilities
- Develop event programming and strategies that align with Natcast's mission and member needs, from intimate technical workshops to large-scale conferences
- Working closely with the marketing, communications, and events teams create engaging virtual and in-person event programs that facilitate knowledge sharing and showcase member achievements and connections
- Develop innovative formats for member interaction that encourage collaboration and drive participation across different member segments and technical interests
- Coordinate technical showcases and demonstrations that highlight Natcast capabilities and member innovations, ensuring maximum impact and value delivery
- Plan and execute executive roundtables and forums that foster strategic discussions and strengthen leadership relationships across the semiconductor ecosystem
- Implement sophisticated metrics and analytics to measure event effectiveness and drive continuous improvement that ultimately translates to member value and renewals
- Create compelling event content and materials that effectively communicate technical value propositions and drive participation
- Ensure consistent, high-quality event experiences across all platforms, maintaining Natcast's professional standards
- Develop and execute post-event engagement strategies that maintain momentum and deepen member relationships
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong track record designing member programs
- Technical event management background
- Experience with executive-level events
- Experience with virtual event platforms
- Program and content development expertise
- Metrics and analytics experience
- Demonstrated creativity in event design
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry
- Virtual production expertise
- Experience with hybrid events
- Salesforce CRM experience a plus
