Looking for a finance professional with experience in FP&A or a similar analytical role to help us build and scale our budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting processes. A strong understanding of industry-standard KPIs and the data structures behind them is key. You should be comfortable working independently and collaborating with teams across the business. Familiarity with GAAP and corporate accounting processes is essential. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms is expected, along with the ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights that help drive strategic decision-making.

The Position

The FP&A Senior Analyst/Manager has the overall responsibility for timely and accurate preparation of the analysis of the Company’s financial statements, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts. The Senior Analyst/Manager will serve as a partner to the CFO and other key stakeholders as Stone Coast continues its growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Performing or arranging for the timely and accurate performance of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement analysis.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis to the CFO, including explanations of variances and key insights.
  • Maintaining and updating the Company’s financial budgets and forecasts by partnering with key constituents across the entire business.
  • Compiling, preparing, and submitting explanations for the drivers of variance in the Company’s results and forecasts.
  • Collaborating across teams to identify essential data analysis needed to measure and track the success of various Company initiatives.
  • In partnership with the CFO, drive the analysis of key client-related financial data to inform executives of relevant client metrics.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Operations, and other teams to ensure data integrity and support strategic planning.
  • Work closely with other key stakeholders to understand drivers of future revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
  • Communicate key updates to the budgets and forecasts to the CFO and other key stakeholders

Qualifications And Experience

The ideal candidate has the following:

  • 5+ years Financial Planning & Analysis experience within a growing middle-market business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential; advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and filtering) is a must
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting at the Company level as well as business unit/department levels
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with accuracy and great attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an environment with internal control procedures, operating procedures, workflows, control checklists, and other elements of an internal control system
  • Experience working with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or equivalent ERP for medium-sized businesses a plus

Education Requirements

  • Four-year college degree, preferably in accounting/finance, or related courses of study
