The successful candidate will ensure our facility is maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position involves managing maintenance staff, overseeing repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team
- Develop and implement maintenance and housekeeping schedules and protocols.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to determine areas that need attention.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting for the department.
- Respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain records and reports on maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Further certification or training in facility management, engineering, or related fields is a plus.
