We are a fast-growing network of pediatric clinics, that now offers In-Home services! An RBT will provide one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments.
Job Responsibilities
This job operates in an in-home environment. Travel to client’s homes is required.
Physical Demands
The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the ability to quickly and repeatedly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. is also required.

Job Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the implementation of unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner.
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Have a valid RBT Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check.
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of driver’s license and valid car insurance.
- Experience of working with children, adolescents with special needs is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- RBT Certification
- First Aid and CPR preferred.
