As we expand across Texas, we’re looking for a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground Field Sales Manager to help us grow our footprint, build relationships with retailers, and drive velocity at shelf.

Job Summary

As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll be out in the field building account relationships, following up on leads, driving reorders, and executing in-store activations. You’ll be the key point of contact for stores in your region-ensuring RAD Soda isn’t just on the shelf, but flying off it. You’ll report directly to the CEO, helping execute brand activations, events, and partnerships that spread the story of Rad Soda’s bold flavors and health-conscious swagger to grocery stores, convenience chains, and local hotspots.

With at least 1 year of experience executing epic, experiential marketing activations that crank up brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales velocity, you understand the power of turning heads and driving demand. Key Responsibilities

  • Launch community events, brand activations, festivals, and happy hours, but don’t stop there—create unforgettable experiences that crank up Rad Soda’s visibility and velocity at retail accounts.
  • Engage consumers and create radical, unique experiences to boost brand awareness, skyrocket customer loyalty, and drive insane sales velocity.
  • Transport product, marketing materials, and gear (like coolers, POS, jockey boxes, and all corresponding parts) to and from off-site events, ensuring Rad’s presence is unmissable.
  • Complete event recaps communicating consumer feedback, detailed performance metrics, and velocity insights to keep Rad Soda front-of-mind and optimize store performance.
  • Adapt the product’s core message to connect authentically in the assigned market, making Rad Soda the ultimate choice for health-conscious rebels.
  • Perform 2–3-hour sampling events at retail accounts, engaging staff and consumers on Rad Soda’s story, flavors, and benefits to juice up sales and inventory turnover.
  • Complete demo recaps communicating consumer feedback, inventory insights, and velocity, ensuring Rad Soda’s momentum never slows.
  • Merchandise and seek incremental opportunities to grow Rad Soda’s presence within accounts, keeping our soda the coolest pick on shelves.
  • Take on additional duties as needed to keep Rad Soda’s vibe pumping and our retail velocity soaring.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing time and priorities.
  • Familiarity with the Austin region and market is highly preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 annually (depending on experience).
  • Commission/bonus plan based on performance and sales targets.
