About The Job
The Executive Assistant will provide vital administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), and the Marketing-Communications teams. This role involves managing executives' schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing materials, and maintaining sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, assist with event coordination, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks for senior leadership.

The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, assist with event coordination, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks for senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Manage schedules for the COO, CTO, and Marketing-Communications teams, coordinating meetings and preparing materials.
- Screen and direct incoming requests, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas and minutes for senior leadership meetings and committees.
- Support internal communications, cross-covering administrative tasks when necessary.
- Coordinate logistics for events and meetings as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
- Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7-10 years of executive-level administrative experience required; prior experience in healthcare administration preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Abilities: Strong discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to function independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
