This position is crucial for Dragonfly Health as it drives the growth and expansion of the company by building strong relationships with key hospice clients and securing new business opportunities. By leveraging industry expertise in hospice, durable medical equipment, and healthcare services, this role ensures Dragonfly Health’s offerings are effectively presented and tailored to meet client needs. What You Will Do
- Conducts thorough research and proactively follows up on qualified leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring comprehensive tracking of all hospice prospects within the designated territory.
- Reviews and understands client contracts, including terms, renewal dates, and service amendments. Collaborates with clients to negotiate favorable agreements and renewals, ensuring optimal service delivery while meeting company profitability goals.
- Cultivates strong relationships with leadership and key decision-makers in hospice organizations, driving the closure of new business opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.
- Engages with clients and attends industry conferences to develop, strengthen, and maintain multiple relationships across corporate, regional, and local levels, while introducing the full range of services offered by Dragonfly Health and generating new leads.
- Provides regular, detailed status reports through the company’s contact management system to track progress and performance.
- Creates and presents persuasive proposals to key decision-makers, negotiating and securing contracts that result in mutually beneficial solutions for both clients and the company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record in engaging clients and closing sales. Experience in hospice or healthcare services is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospice, durable medical equipment, and healthcare sectors.
- Sales & Communication: Expertise in sales techniques, client needs analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; self-directed with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Work Environment: Ability to work from a home office and adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
