Our Product team is looking for a Business Analyst to support the player experience and how payments are handled by our platform. Deposits, withdrawals, refunds, fraud monitoring and management, integrations galore – this space is critical to our business success as well as our player experience and is constantly evolving. The right candidate for this role is experienced with payments journeys and is ready to apply previous experience to our fast-paced organization.

This is a hybrid role where employees must be on-site 2-3 days per week. Candidates also must be willing to travel on-site to complete onboarding orientation as dictated by the hiring team.

What You Will Do

  • Become a subject matter expert in our Digital platforms and be able to identify regulatory intersections and impacts
  • Detailed requirement gathering and creation of useful documentation to aid the Product Development Teams and Business Teams alike 
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive business decisions.
  • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate their findings and recommendations.
  • Crafting high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria to feed product development teams 
  • Creation of technical specifications to support system change when required by the development teams 
  • Working with the business on operational readiness and UAT plans for new state rollouts 
  • Lead key analysis initiatives across sports, gaming, account, bonus, payments, and more 
  • Perform detailed analysis on key regulatory items needed to support the next states rollout team (Product Analysts and the Development Teams) 
  • Fielding technical questions from the regulators and ensure an adequate response is supplied in a timely manner 
  • Education and onboarding for new staff members and continued education for new staff members 
  • Deliver and maintain key assets for the US Runbooks to enhance our capability to repeatedly enter new operating states and add gaming suppliers 
  • Stay up to date with US regulatory and compliance news and events. Cascade any key information/trends to the product development teams to ensure they are best prepared to react to the needs of the business. Provide early feedback on an upcoming feature

What You Will Need

  • 4+ years of experience working in successful digital product development teams on data platforms 
  • 3+ years of experience in the development of product features from discovery, through epic and ticket building, through to live delivery 
  • Experience in / knowledge of Agile software product delivery and/or continuous improvement mindset 
  • Experience in US regulation and compliance 
  • Track record of quality analysis and team collaboration, where you enable the Product Dev teams 
  • Will see things through to the end and set the example for their team to follow 
  • Has a creative approach to problem-solving while keeping solutions as simple as possible 
  • Not afraid to work outside of their comfort zone
  • Previous experience working in payments highly desired but not required.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00- $109,370.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
