Summary: The Director of Information Technology is a progressive technology leader to lead our worldwide IT operations, infrastructure, and information systems. This strategic leader will oversee the local IT team as well as the shared services support team in India, and will have dotted line responsibilities to the subsidiary IT teams to ensure global alignment. This role requires experience supporting international operations and a solid background in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate brings a forward-thinking mindset, a strong business orientation, and the ability to lead transformative technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive the Company’s technology planning process, define the corporate technology roadmap, as well as the analysis of departmental efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic direction for global IT operations across all regions and subsidiaries.
- Align Corporate IT Strategy to Business Strategy; lead as the strategic interface between the technology function and business functions to identify and plan for technology demand.
- Coordinate the selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of the Company’s software/applications.
- Direct implementation and execution of new/upgraded information systems via well-defined plans including procedures, deadlines, and accountability. Provide guidance to business partners within the organization.
- Partner with the management teams and leadership to articulate needs (technology, process, people) and requirements that will advance business and employee performance. Design and customize technological systems and platforms to meet those needs and requirements.
- Responsible for IT security for the Company and establish and maintain programs and strategies to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected including programs designed to reduce and mitigate information security risk across the organization.
- Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology and recommend and plan information technology to support and meet Company objectives based on research and evaluation.
- Standardize and unify the global IT infrastructure, including network and security architecture.
- Develop and enforce consistent IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity measures across all regions.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business outcomes.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives and support automation and data analytics strategies.
- Ensure compliance with global and regional IT regulations and standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure all actions, job performance, personal conduct and communications represent the Company in a highly professional manner at all times.
- Lead and develop a high performing functional and technical team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles within a global manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, CAD).
- Experience working in manufacturing environments.
- Strong grasp of methodologies for large-scale IT projects, including ERP rollouts, digital transformations, and organizational change.
- Experience working in a shared services model and managing global support teams.
- Multinational business acumen and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and process optimization.
