Join the adrenaline-fueled ride as our Global Network and Voice Administrator, where you'll be at the heart of our global infrastructure adventures! You'll be the mastermind behind managing and securing our Cisco enterprise network and voice communication systems, making sure everything runs smoother than a Monster Energy can opening. We're looking for a detail-driven pro with a history of dominating enterprise network systems. You'll have the chance to dive into diagnosing and troubleshooting data and voice apps, interfaces, and quality of service challenges. We're looking for a detail-driven pro with a history of dominating enterprise network systems. You'll have the chance to dive into diagnosing and troubleshooting data and voice apps, interfaces, and quality of service challenges. Plus, you'll keep the action going by entering, tracking, and managing service incidents with precision and flair. Get ready to document every epic moment along the way!
The Impact You'll Make
- Manage Microsoft (MS) Teams and AudioCodes Call Management, including legacy Cisco Call Manager functionality.
- Own Cisco Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SDWAN) design, implementation, and maintenance across a global presence.
- Own Cisco routing and switching design, implementation, and maintenance across the enterprise to include legacy Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) carrier circuits using Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), and static routing.
- Own Intellectual Property (IP) Telephony troubleshooting and device deployment using MS Intune and MS Teams Admin Center.
- Manage call queues and auto-attendant set up and configuration utilizing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) knowledge and experience.
- Own Cisco WIFI infrastructure experience using 9800CL Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) controllers and 3800/9100 controller based wireless access point (WAP) hardware.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Computer Sciences or related field
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Intellectual Property (IP) network design and implementation
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in MS Teams Voice administration
- Computer Skills Desired: O365 suite, Visio, SecureCRT or equivalent Secure Shell (SSH) clients
- Preferred Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Route Switch, Networking certifications highly preferred
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: N/A
- Excellent verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work on projects in team setting
- Ability to communicate program standards and requirements to contractors
- Ability to communicate and work with end users with minimal computer experience
- Good business writing skills required
- Technical Software Documentation skills required
