6 month internship at Rundoo
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate Facebook group chats with partners, customers, and prospects
- Drive engagement by initiating thoughtful conversations, sharing content, and responding to comments
- Help plan and execute Rundoo's event strategy for industry conferences
- Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for conferences and trade shows
- Assist with pre- and post-event communication, including follow-ups and content recaps
- Track engagement metrics and suggest optimizations for community and event efforts
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms, especially Facebook Groups
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Bonus: Experience with event planning, community management, or Salesforce
- Hands-on experience in community and event marketing
- Exposure to fast-growing startup operations and GTM strategy
- Mentorship from experienced marketing and GTM professionals
