E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Role Overview
Reporting to the AVP, Operations and Planning, this role will support the end-to-end operational infrastructure of Chloe’s e-commerce business in the US. This role is responsible for managing core E-Commerce functions, including order processing, system performance, inventory alignment, and issue resolution. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with the CRC, Richemont Logistics, and IT teams to ensure operational excellence across all digital initiatives.

E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Role Overview
Reporting to the AVP, Operations and Planning, this role will support the end-to-end operational infrastructure of Chloe’s e-commerce business in the US. This role is responsible for managing core E-Commerce functions, including order processing, system performance, inventory alignment, and issue resolution. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with the CRC, Richemont Logistics, and IT teams to ensure operational excellence across all digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations in partnership with HQ Digital team; release all blocked orders, ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, monitoring and resolving issues/backlog
- Partner with Richemont Logistics, warehouse, and CRC to monitor SLAs, resolve order anomalies or shipping constraints, ensuring high levels of service accuracy
- Oversee return logistics, RTV processes, and return stock integration
- Track and report on fulfillment KPIs such as delivery lead times, error rates, and return turnaround time
- Create all needed operational reports and forecasts to ensure smooth operations and spot all operational pain points along the value chain (from stock integration to order return), in partnership with HQ Digital team
- Support daily CRC operational requests (shipping/delivery delays, orders to prioritize, incorrect item shipped, damaged items or packaging, etc.)
- Manage packaging inventory: forecast demand, submit orders as needed, follow delivery, execute packing excellence in partnership with Digital team
- Oversee Licenses categories (Kids, Fragrances, Sunglasses) in partnership with HQ Digital team: PO creation, invoicing, delivery tracking, forecasting safety stock
- Support e-commerce internalization and Marketplace roadmap
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related operation role, preferably within luxury or high-end retail environments
- Experience in using relevant tools preferred (SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
- Proven team player who takes initiative, can prioritize and multitask effectively without sacrificing attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Customer centric, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
