We are seeking a Business Analyst to help steer our Selling Partners' experience through the power of insights and analytics. In this role, you'll support Product and Program Managers with data-driven insights, fostering collaboration across Amazon teams to collectively elevate the seller support experience.

We integrate key data from multiple sources to provide our partner teams with clear, real-time insights into seller experiences and daily operations. Key job responsibilities

The Business Analyst role on the Partner Engagement team focuses on building effective reporting mechanisms that grow with our business needs. We're looking for someone who combines practical business understanding with strong data analysis skills to turn complex information into clear, useful insights. You'll work independently, solve problems creatively, and stay organized while handling multiple projects. In this fast-moving environment, you'll research trends, make recommendations to leadership, and develop lasting solutions that improve how we support our Selling Partners.

About The Team

This role is on the Partner Engagement team, which is focused on aligning all Amazon teams to deliver a consistent and quality contact support experience for Amazon's Selling Partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience with Excel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
