Position Overview
The Leadership Development Trainee role is designed for ambitious individuals eager to grow into future leadership positions. This hands-on program provides structured learning and on-the-job experience to help you build the skills and confidence needed to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily team operations and learn key leadership functions
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding strategies
Attend training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and project management
Analyze business performance and propose improvement strategies
Shadow department heads and contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions
Take initiative on assigned tasks and demonstrate accountability in project timelines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong interest in leadership and team development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Previous internship or leadership experience is a plus
