JOB SUMMARY: The HCM Implementation Associate provides critical support across the Oracle Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking tasks, and supporting user testing and training activities. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to enterprise Talent systems while contributing meaningfully to a transformative project.

This is a contract position for 18-24 Months

Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage project meetings, including cross-functional check-ins, stakeholder updates, and milestone reviews
  • Assist with calendar coordination, logistical planning, and documentation to support smooth project execution
  • Support data collection and validation activities for system implementation
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) including tracking results and logging issues
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, working sessions, and demos
  • Maintain intake logs, issue trackers, and stakeholder lists
  • Help draft training materials, user guides, and process documentation
  • Participate in feedback loops and continuous improvement discussions
  • Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  • Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

Job Scope

This support role contributes to the success of the Oracle Fusion HCM program through documentation, testing coordination, and training logistics. The incumbent must maintain a customer-focused mindset, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness in task execution. Decision-making authority is limited, with responsibilities centered on task tracking and support functions. The role supports strategic initiatives indirectly and collaborates with various internal teams. It operates under close supervision and does not include direct or indirect reporting relationships. This is not a people management role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)

  • 1--3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support
  • Interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential data with care
  • Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
  • Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this contract position (18-24 Months) is $40-48 per hour. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This role may be eligible for some benefits after 90 days. Details to be provided.
