What you´ll do

  • Responsible for disciplinary governance of NPI Is responsible for monthly / weekly / daily coordination concerning Launches / Relaunches together with Marketing
  • Ensures communication flow between cross functions
  • Acts as central interface to cross functions on all NPI projects
  • Reflects local timings and occurrences to evaluate impact on international timings and escalation
  • Supervises process adherence in countries to Henkel launch standards
  • Conducts consistent supply risk assessment
  • Is responsible for controlling project KPIs
  • Provides guidance and acts as gatekeeper of projects
  • Conducts benchmarking and identifies best practices
  • Aligns on capacity and demand analysis for critical production start-ups (Inhouse and CMTG)
  • Steers capacity allocation in bottleneck situations based on quotation process; collaborates with production in capacity planning steering

  • 5-7 year of experience - industry knowledge and supply chain experience a plus

The salary for this role is $150,000.00 - $170,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
