What you'll bring:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
- Quickly and efficiently deliver food/drink to tables.
- Ensure ticket times and orders are going out correctly with any modifications by the guest. You're the last line of defense!
- Plate Presentation: Ensure that each dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for presentation, accuracy, and quality.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to facilitate smooth coordination of orders.
- Quality Control: Conduct a final quality check on all dishes, verifying accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- Timing: Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure that all components of a dish are ready for service simultaneously.
- Expedite Orders: Prioritize and expedite orders based on customer preferences and time of order.
- Problem Resolution: Address any issues or discrepancies with orders promptly and effectively.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized expo station to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
- Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
- Previous experience in a similar Expo or food expediting role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
