Job Description
A Customer Support Specialist is the primary point of contact between a company and its clients, responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role plays a crucial part in upholding customer satisfaction and strengthening brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause
Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, and procedures
Track, document, and follow up on customer interactions using internal systems
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a consistent client experience
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or client support (1+ years preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
A proactive mindset and attention to detail
