ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking a Vice President of Business Services!
We're looking for an experienced Vice President of Business Services to lead our Central Billing Office (CBO) and support our Regional Business Services Team across Tennessee and Kentucky. In this key leadership role, you’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and work closely with a dedicated team of billers, managers, cash posters, and field support staff.
The right candidate will have a strong background in SNF billing (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care) and a deep understanding of business office operations, including Medicaid pending, Level of Care (LOC), and state-specific regulations. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Central Billing Office (CBO) and regional business services teams supporting SNFs in Tennessee and Kentucky.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing across all payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private pay.
- Oversee cash posting, collections, and accounts receivable processes to optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state billing regulations, including Medicaid pending processes, Level of Care (LOC) requirements, and regional-specific guidelines.
- Analyze revenue cycle data and KPIs to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of billing professionals, business office managers, and field support staff.
- Collaborate closely with operations, clinical, and finance leadership to align revenue operations with overall business goals.
- Drive accountability through effective communication, performance management, and regular reporting to the CRO.
- Strong knowledge of billing for Skilled Nursing Facilities (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private pay) is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing a central billing office and/or revenue cycle operations, specifically in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) is preferred.
- Experience with Medicaid Pending, Level of Care (LOC), and state-specific billing regulations
- Demonstrated success in managing teams of billers, managers, cash posters, and field support
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring AR metrics, denial trends, and cash flow
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership
- High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
- Industry certifications (e.g., Certified Revenue Cycle Professional) are a plus
