KPS3 is looking for a Social Creative Manager who's comfortable dreaming big and rolling up their sleeves.

About the role:

KPS3 is looking for a Social Creative Manager who's equally comfortable dreaming up big, scroll-stopping ideas and rolling up their sleeves to bring them to life. You'll join our creative team, working directly with our Creative Director, to embed social thinking across the agency. This role is a balance of strategic concepting and hands-on producing—you'll guide and inspire designers, account managers, and creatives to see their ideas through a social lens while also diving into Canva, CapCut, and social scheduling platforms to get content out the door.

You'll collaborate closely with Public Relations on the community management aspects as well as to ensure influencer-driven content aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines and visual aesthetics. You’ll partner with our Growth team to turn data-driven insights into compelling creative solutions.

This job is a creator role – not a community management role or paid media role. You’d be expected to collaborate with teams to create social content but not handle some of the more traditional aspects of social media roles like handling responses to keyboard warriors.

Whether it's crafting entertaining TikToks, insightful LinkedIn carousels, or perfectly-curated Instagram Stories, you're the go-to creative hybrid making social ideas smarter, sharper, and more effective.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Strong creative concepting and brainstorming abilities, with a keen understanding of what content resonates across social platforms
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Sprout (or similar social scheduling platforms)
  • Social-first design, video editing, and copywriting skills – aka, you love wearing a ton of hats
  • When ideas are grander than your skillset, collaborating and facilitating the creation of work and reels with copywriters and video editors
  • Ability to use organic social analytics and insights from our Growth team to inform and iterate on creative approaches
  • Experience collaborating with influencer teams to align content strategy, creative direction and execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple social projects from ideation through posting
  • A collaborative spirit, working effortlessly with creatives, strategists, account managers, and clients
  • An excellent communicator and can work seamlessly with the account team/project managers
  • 2-4 years experience

  • Getting hands-on in every step—from initial brainstorms to final posting and reporting

  • The ability to work remote or come into our office, if that’s your thing!
