Epic is seeking a Partnerships Director to help manage, grow, and execute key partnerships across products like Fortnite (Entertainment & Gaming IP verticals) and Fall Guys. This role will lead the sourcing, development, and execution of interactive IP integrations with top global brands across categories such as Media, Entertainment, Sports, Automotive, Lifestyle, and Gaming. It's a unique opportunity to help shape industry-defining experiences and expand Epic’s cultural impact through world-class partnerships.

In this role, you will

  • Collaborate and communicate as the key point of contact internally on behalf of a partner to champion their needs
  • Direct, source, and manage inbound licensing of 3P IP from Entertainment and Gaming studios, including negotiating licenses with IP holders, Talent and talent agencies, and music rights holders
  • Manage end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns for Fortnite and Fall Guys, serving as the key liaison and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, asset management, go-to-market support, and streamlined partner communication
  • Collaborate with Mediatonic and Epic teams to identify, pitch, and onboard high-profile partnerships for Fortnite, from proposal and presentation through execution and launch
  • Support partnership operations by coordinating meetings, reviews, and presentations, maintaining reports and documentation, and managing the team’s Airtable and initiative trackers
  • Support Entertainment Studio and Gaming IP roadmap planning, including coordinating internal discussions and supporting deck creation for internal/external partner pitches, and managing revenue goals for your partners

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in account management, licensing, business development, business affairs, or partnership execution—ideally within entertainment, sports, automotive, or lifestyle industries
  • Must have led partnership marketing, product, or gaming campaign execution
  • 3+ years of people management experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead, mentor, and develop at least one direct report
  • Ability to organize processes and workflows. An individual who prides themselves on working well internally and externally with different types of personalities
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across projects while managing shifting priorities calmly and discreetly with senior cross-functional teams
  • Use of good judgment, delegation, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration, especially in stressful situations, and with the ability to remain calm under pressure, is essential
  • Experience with project management tools required, particularly Airtable, Jira, and Trello. Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Miro, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Keynote, Slack, and Adobe is preferred
  • Experience building internal and external-facing partnership overviews, go-to-market plans, decks, recaps, and other presentations preferred
