Classification: Seasonal, Part-Time
ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a skilled and motivated Fry Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience working with deep fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment to prepare crispy and flavorful fried foods.
You will be responsible for cooking menu items to perfection, following food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role requires excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate deep fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment to prepare fried menu items
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and safe for consumption.
- Prepare and season food items before or after frying if necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following health and safety regulations.
- Manage food inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Minimize waste by following established production techniques. Follows approved recipes and production standards.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or the Director of Food & Beverage.
- Ability to produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment.
- One year minimum experience in a kitchen environment.
- Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards.
- Ability/accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner.
- Work ethic that encourages a strong sense of urgency and quality in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Constant standing, walking, stooping. Constant reaching, handling product.
- Employment starts mid-September through April, possibly May.
- Hours vary based on needs.
- Must be able to work irregular hours including nights and weekends based on facility event schedule.
- $18/hour hours based on events schedule
