Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general site labor and assist crews with environmental cleanup and construction activities
- Operate light-to-medium equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and pressure washers
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow all site-specific safety and environmental protocols
- Wear PPE including respirators as required
- Ability to operate light/heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Ability to work in teams and take direction from site leadership
- Capable of working in physically demanding environments in all weather conditions
- Willingness to shave and wear a respirator if needed
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred, but training can be provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six (6) months of construction or general labor experience preferred
- Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Work may involve confined spaces, elevated work areas, and physical labor such as lifting, bending, and carrying
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
