Your contributions are…

  • Coordinating compensation processing by managing updates and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Supporting intern program managers by organizing onboarding, field trips, development sessions, performance feedback collection, and wrap-up activities
  • Planning and executing engaging employee events such as internal conferences, workshops, teambuilding activities, picnics, and more
  • Managing professional development programs, including:
  • Tracking budgets for external training and conference attendance
  • Gathering employee feedback and updating our training database
  • Scheduling and coordinating employee-led presentations on learning takeaways
  • Maintaining accurate HRIS data and assisting with reporting tasks
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive culture, with a genuine interest in employee relations and learning how to support it effectively

Requirements For Your New Career…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator role
  • Experience with HRIS data entry; reporting experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary range: $80,000 - $105,000
