As our next Architectural Staff/Designer, you’ll play a key role in our creative process, contributing to documentation, collaborating with engineering disciplines, and helping ensure our projects meet high standards of quality and compliance. Your work will help bring bold ideas to life and deliver meaningful impact across communities.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll support architectural design and documentation from concept through construction, contributing to technically complex, high-performance environments.
- Assist with code and standards research to support design decisions and ensure compliance
- Help prepare project documentation including meeting notes, agency reviews, and cost estimates
- Contribute to the development of project program requirements and construction schedules
- Produce construction drawings and specifications under guidance from senior staff
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants to coordinate design and documentation
- Participate in quality control reviews and apply feedback to improve deliverables
- Explore growth opportunities in Design, Technical Development, Sustainability, and Construction Administration

What You Bring:
- Solid understanding of construction drawings and document production workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively in project meetings with design teams and consultants
- Proficiency in Revit
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Arts or Science in Architecture, or Master of Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of experience or
- Associate’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Architectural Technology, or Architectural Engineering Technology with a minimum of 5 years of experience
