Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and other software programs.
- Ensure all documents adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Review and correct spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and organize content for documents.
- Manage and maintain document templates, style guides, and other resources.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a word processing specialist, office assistant, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting and editing features.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
