Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be vital in ensuring accurate and timely data entry, as well as maintaining updated patient records.

As a Data Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our clinics by managing and organizing data related to patient appointments, services, insurance, and payments. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be vital in ensuring accurate and timely data entry, as well as maintaining updated patient records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter patient information into our database accurately and efficiently
- Manage patient appointment schedules and update them when necessary
- Verify insurance information and process claims
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Facilitate patient payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times
- High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to changes in processes and procedures
