Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls
Set qualified appointments that convert to showroom and service visits
Utilize VinSolutions CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and workflow
Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience
Work collaboratively with sales, service, and management to support store goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 Years Of Automotive BDC Experience Required
Proven success in lead handling, appointment setting, and follow-up
Strong phone and written communication skills
VinSolutions CRM Experience Strongly Preferred
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
