Venn Technology
Venn Technology is purpose-built to be the kind of company clients love to work with and brag on—and that consultants compete to work for. We help small to medium-sized businesses discover newfound efficiencies and effectiveness, delivering more profit to the bottom line and help non-profits maximize the giving they receive to better fulfill their missions. We accomplish this via strategic implementation of Salesforce.com and leveraging integrations with Sage Intacct and today’s best apps including Shopify, Authorize.net, Stripe, ProCore, Slack, PayPal, AWS, Dropbox, Box, and more.
Job Description
We go the extra mile. We do the right thing. Always. The Venn Technology Solutions Engineer is someone who takes initiative, digs deep into the details, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. You’re naturally analytical and research-driven—someone who doesn’t just accept answers, but verifies and tests to be sure. You’re on a path to mastering your craft, taking responsibility for your own learning while holding others to high standards as well. Though more reserved in style, you bring a quiet confidence that earns trust. You build processes that make things better, and you communicate with clarity, optimism, and just enough charisma to bring people along with you. Most importantly, you approach your work with care—for the details, for the outcomes, and for the people you're building solutions for.
Job Overview
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be part of the Sales team at Venn, supporting Account Executives in re-sales pursuits reporting to the Director of Solution Architecture. As a critical part of the sales team, you will be expected to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, technical comprehension, business acumen, and overall application integration knowledge. You are a proactive and analytical problem-solver who takes ownership of your work and seeks to grow in technical expertise. You apply standard solutions independently, communicate clearly with peers, and collaborate well to support team goals. You manage your time effectively, stay dependable under pressure, and continuously look for ways to improve processes. With a research-driven mindset, attention to accuracy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed, you contribute to building reliable, scalable solutions while developing into a trusted technical partner.
