Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Rep, your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales cycle of warm leads to drive incremental revenue.
- Proactively engage in new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and develop a robust sales pipeline to support long-term growth.
- Understanding client needs and objectives to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity goal
- 5+ years of B2B sales success.
- Ability to manage warm leads and ongoing projects effectively
- Experience in leading presentations and demos with the ability to close
- Experience in attending conferences, trade shows and networking to build relationships
- Experience in managing a long sales cycle from prospect to close
- Must have GREAT Attitude and be a TEAM player to fit into the company culture
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A background or interest in science is a plus
- Ability to engage with executive leadership, including CEOs, CFO, and other C-level decision makers is a plus
