Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role supports the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives that promote our services through in-person events, internal materials, printed assets, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing promotional events, conferences, and trade show appearances
- Support the preparation of printed marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and internal documentation
- Coordinate marketing inventory and supplies (banners, signage, branded items, etc.)
- Track project timelines and help maintain marketing calendars
- Conduct basic competitor or industry research to support campaign development
- Assist in preparing internal communication materials for cross-departmental use
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and working in a professional office environment
- Willingness to learn and support various projects as needed
