Capitalizing technological tools and data analysis, the Customer Service Analyst provides crucial support for Customer Service operations and processes.

- Collect data from systems and internal parties
- Analyze reports and provide recommendations
- Create process maps
- Prepare clear, readable reports of findings and present recommendations to Customer Service leaders
- Support ad-hoc projects for both internal and external parties
- Identify automation or improvement opportunities
- Identify and implement technology utilization
