Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Internal Events Manager to support the planning and execution of high-impact, internal-facing events. This role is an integral part of a dynamic events team that delivers engaging experiences for employees across the country—including executive town halls, enterprise-wide meetings, recognition programs, employee resource group (ERG) events, and incentive trips. You’ll play a hands-on role in managing event logistics, agency coordination, communications, partner alignment, and on-site execution. While this role has no direct reports, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional collaborators to bring each event to life.
** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be based in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX. Must be able to accommodate up to 20% domestic travel **

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage internal events from concept through execution, including enterprise meetings, incentive programs, ERG activations, and cultural moments that reflect the employee experience strategy.
- Develop event plans, timelines, production briefs, and partner communications to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and timely delivery across all project phases.
- Partner with agency teams and vendors to support creative development, technical production, and logistical execution—coordinating weekly syncs, ensuring accountability, and delivering exceptional results.
- Act as the primary logistics lead for assigned events, managing venue sourcing, travel coordination, food & beverage, audio/visual needs, and staffing plans.
- Support budget management for each event by tracking costs, reviewing invoices, flagging risks, and partnering with the Senior Manager to reconcile final expenses post-event.
- Create clear, insightful event debriefs and measurement reports, capturing partner feedback and performance against goals to inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across internal teams—including Corporate Communications, HR, DE&I, and senior leadership—to understand business objectives and translate them into meaningful employee experiences.
- Ensure every touchpoint of the event reflects the company’s values, brand standards, and internal culture, from signage and staging to agenda design and post-event communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 4 years of professional experience in internal events, corporate meetings, incentive programs, or experiential roles supporting large organizations.
- Experience supporting multi-location or hybrid event formats, including broadcast/live stream components, is a plus
- Demonstrated success managing logistics, timelines, and customer relationships on fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally—influencing without authority and managing up/down with confidence.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects with overlapping timelines, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive mentality.
- Willingness to travel 20% and work outside of standard business hours, including nights and weekends during live event execution.
