We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr Project Manager to support the Data Analytics, AI & Applications team. This global role involves working closely with cross-functional teams across Australia, the US, and other international time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Operational Support
- Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple data and application projects in support of strategic business objectives.
- Apply Agile methodologies to plan sprints, facilitate stand-ups, maintain backlogs, and manage team cadence.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define priorities, and align expectations across departments.
- Track progress against delivery milestones using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for contract renewals and software licensing.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs).
- Support onboarding of contractors/consultants via HR and vendor management systems.
- Maintain status dashboards, RAID logs, and other operational trackers to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Raise and track IT/service desk tickets on behalf of the team.
- Create and maintain DevOps or Jira boards to support tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
- Help manage operational records, team documentation, and shared knowledge bases (e.g., wikis).
- Generate simple data and operational reports to inform decision-making.
- Assist in developing and formatting presentations, reports, and documentation for internal use and stakeholder updates.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, team catchups, and workshops across time zones.
- Contribute to internal communications efforts, such as newsletters or content-sharing platforms.
- Support delivery of end-user training for new tools and digital platform releases.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or business operations.
- Proven ability to lead Agile project activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with platforms such as Azure DevOps, Git, or GitHub.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on translating needs into actionable tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms like Miro or Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Comfortable working with procurement, HR, and IT platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team, including across time zones and cultures.
- Experience working in technology, data, or analytics-driven environments.
- Exposure to software delivery or digital transformation programs.
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is a plus.
- Self-starter with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remote setup.
- This is a global role with a hybrid remote/in-office arrangement depending on location.
- Some flexibility is required to accommodate collaboration across Australia and US time zones.
