What We Are Looking For

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Fellow to join our dynamic and growing team.

This position will be responsible for leadership and advisory roles towards development of improved therapies for cancer. Specifically, activities will include the design and oversight of research discovery programs focused on myeloid neoplasms. Responsibilities will include oversight of experimental therapeutics, target discovery, and correlative analyses of clinical trials. The position will report to the Chief Innovation Officer, and will perform tasks as needed to support overall discovery and development programs for RefinedScience as well as affiliates.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Design and supervision of studies to assess NK cell augmentation
  • Design and supervision of studies to assess antibody-dependent cytotoxicity strategies
  • Design and supervision of studies to evaluate biomarker expression on multiple tumor types
  • Development of novel technologies for target identification
  • Support the development of novel flow cytometry platforms
  • Create strategies to target malignancies bearing mutations
  • Supervision/coordination of guidance from knowledge and opinion leaders

MUST HAVES

  • PhD or equivalent degree, 10+ years of experience in academic and industry management settings
  • A strong record of publications and successful project completion
  • Detailed knowledge of hematologic malignancies
  • Willingness to travel to Scientific conferences and meet with key partners. (Up to 15%)

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience with experimental therapeutics

What We Offer

  • The target salary range is $65,000 to $95,000 annually.
  • Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
  • We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.
