Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
- Ensure that the office environment is organized and welcoming for staff and visitors
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
