Job Summary

Provides direct intervention to infants and toddlers to address goals across developmental areas. Works in partnership with caregivers to provide global infant stimulation to individual children (ages 0-3 years old) with or at high risk for developmental delays in the clinic or home environment. Facilitates communication between multidisciplinary teams of therapists, parents, administrative staff, and service coordinators. Documents daily goals and communication using electronic data collection. Completes bi-annual progress reports.

Pay Range

Minimum $25.46 Midpoint $33.73 Maximum $42.01

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

Required: 1 year work experience in early childhood development required and 1 year work experience in case management required

Education

Required: BA/BS degree in child development, education, social work, child psychology, behavioral science, special education or related field required

Speaking – able to speak with consumers, supervisor, and general public.

Licensure

Required: CPR/First Aid

Work Environments - Functional Demand

Light - Moderate energy level Lift and carry 25-35 lbs. Push/pull 50-100 lbs. (ie. empty bed, stretcher).
