Location: Miami, FL - Traveling
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: Director of Operations – Florida

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Patient Liaison to serve as the vital link between our clinical teams and the facilities we support. This role will focus on educating facility staff on the nature and importance of vascular disease, identifying viable patients within all partnered locations, and maintaining strong communication and relationships between facilities and Integra Vascular.
The ideal candidate will be a Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) with clinical experience, exceptional communication skills, and a warm, approachable demeanor. The position requires travel between multiple facilities and demands fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate facility staff on vascular disease, its symptoms, and the benefits of early intervention.
- Identify and assess potential patients within all assigned facilities who may benefit from vascular care.
- Serve as the primary liaison between facility staff and Integra Vascular’s clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate communication logs, patient interest records, and facility engagement tracking.
- Facilitate the coordination of patient evaluations, follow-up appointments, and any necessary transportation.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with nursing staff, administrators, and key personnel at facilities.
- Represent Integra Vascular with professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
- Report regularly to the Director of Operations – Florida regarding patient identification activities, facility needs, and potential service enhancements.
- Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) with clinical training and experience (required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Personable, outgoing, and highly communicative with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willing and able to travel between facilities on a regular basis.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Passionate about patient advocacy and proactive care delivery.
